Students have agency and autonomy in their learning, their different learning journeys recognizes their unique gifts and needs, prepares them for a future that we don’t yet know, and empowers them to create their own meaningful lives
Teachers are learning companions, who have the resources they need to reflect and experiment, to prioritize empathy and a student-centered approach over teacher-centered instruction, and to connect with cross-sector partners to co-create learning experiences that meet their students’ needs
School leaders are visionaries, breathing new life into old institutions by welcoming innovation and change, and facilitating learning environments that allow students to thrive in their own ways
Policymakers put students’ best interests at the center of every decision, and create conditions for experimentation and innovation
Parents are mentors and companions, learning and growing together with their children and partnering together with teachers to support meaningful learning experiences at home and in school

Ednovators is a local charity founded by a group of education innovators. We inspire educators and cross-sector stakeholders to transform education and give hope to future generations of Hong Kong. We hope to see every child experience a learning journey that recognizes their unique gifts and needs, prepares them for a future that we don’t yet know, and empowers them to create their own meaningful lives.
